I bought a TV on flipkart. installation guy came to my house for installation. He convinced me to buy a Jeeves extended warranty. At that time, i don’t know much about jeeves. i bought extended warranty. After i searching in google, i came to know that was fraud company working with flipkart.
i write them a mail to cancel my extended warranty. They responded in mail and asked bank details for amount refund. I reverted with all details they said “We have initiated the refund process and the refund amount will be credited to shared bank details within 8 business days”.
after that 10days completed i didn’t get my refund amount, i asked them in mail but no use they will simply say “We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
We would like to inform you that we have escalated your concern to our concerned team and we will get back to you within 2 business days.”. this is the mail they are sending every 2 days. pls help me to get my money back.
