I have booked the ticket from uts app from ghaziabad to kanpur on 15/09/2023 payment got deducted from Paytm but ticket not booked pnr not generated .I have contacted Paytm they provide the rail helpline number to ask as they were saying that it is from their side not on your side your payment was hold.
