As I ordered United colors of Benetton Trouser But as size Issue I Choose Refund return option continues 3 time my Return order was canceled from pickup Person without discuss with me. 4th time I personally called him and ask to pick urgently so he come at address and pick the 2 qty returns product one was Raymond Trousers 2nd was UCB Trouser. That time he was facing some issue in his device so he said ki I will reach office and then after completing Return process in his device as he discuss with his line manager.
He pick both product and leave.
Then after I received only One Product Return confirmation that was Raymond trouser then after I connect with Customer care with same concern But they just raised my concern and Then after 2 days text me ki issue is resolved again I raised concern again same. i Raised 3 time csame concern with Customer Exicutive still my issue not resolved
Its request you kindly doo help me in case and provide satisfactory solution.
