I ordered echo dot from Amazon via a promotional scheme earned from my credit card. After receiving the non working product i placed a refund request as available on their website.
First it takes 4 days to reach the designated area after that as mentioned on their website refund will process with in 2-3 days, after 5 days I called their customer support team for refund. At that time they refused to provide me refund as state that it was a promotional offer product. When I asked to return back the product and am ready to pay courier charges for the same but they directly refused and end with no statement.
Still my order section showing your refund will process. If any of their product in non returnable or refundable they should mention or prior inform on their website but didn’t. My product cost is Rs.4500, how I can leave this product with any kind of reversal.
