Order was placed on 08/12/2022 and the same cancelled on 09/12/2022. Refund was promised 15th December, but not received till now. The same conveyed with Customer Service and shared all the necessary information/statements through email. After so many follow up there is no action taken. They are simply giving assurance to me and mis guiding to contact the bank without intiate the refund amount to my bank account.
So, kindly do the needful.
