I have purchased a cycle for my nephew on 08th october and the delivery date is 19th October after that i ordered it showing the delivery date is 25th october. Afterthat i want to cancel my order and wants refund because i want to ordered second one because its delivery date showing 13th october. So when i was doing cancellation is not allowing me it showing return this item and your refund will be issued after you returned it. So from that time to till today i haven’t received that cycle so how can i returned it. I called so many to amazon customer service their is no response every time they are refund is under process and my bank is canceled my refund. I checked with my bank as well but they clearly said so restrictions applied on your credit card. So finally i request you to please help to received my refund.
