I had ordered 2 suits for my mother but there was size issue. I created return request for both suits and got 2 mails of request raised and request approved. Pick up guy came and took the items. Next day he came again stating that there is one more request to which i told him that I made request once only and I have already given you yesterday. He went back. When I inquired after 15-20 days for refund, customer care asked to show proof of return. I contacted the pick up guy and he told me no return receipt is provided and he has already submitted the items. It’s been a month of follow ups, they are asking to show either proof of pick up or sending mails to delivery team but my issue has not been resolved.
