I have placed order on Oct 2nd and my promised date is on oct 10th and I paid the bill amount 11,999 through credit card. I am reaching customer care daily from 10th oct to 14th oct there is no update, they simply saying that our team is working on and on 14th oct they have said that product got returned due to technical issue … Ur refund will credited in 7 business days. Now today is 30th oct still I did not received my refund. Still listening the same words from jio customer care service like our team is working on it.
