My name is Rachit Sharma and mynumber is 9968044897 .on 16 june 2022 i purchase two shirts from Amazon rs 1945.60 .order number is 405-9492537-6418736 .i return these shirts for some reason (too tight)but ididn’t received refund till date.i paid for this order by cash on delivery. At the time of return iwant refund in my paytm account same number (9968044897).but till date i didn’t received any refundThe problem is that return time my paytm account was freeze but after i activate my account but no refund received. We talk Amazon customer support and they gave us refund reference number and transaction id.we send all details to paytm also paytm grievence officer and they said that they didn’t received any amount related I’d and refund reference number from Amazon. Amazon also not listening my issue 2 and the half month. Please see the issue and refund our money.
