I made a return request for my product boat bassheads 242 and the product was picked up on 4th August. I used Flipkart pay later fir this .They are saying the refund has been done . But i haven’t got the refund yet . The product was picked up after i cleared the whole due of Flipkart pay later. So where did my refund go? I haven’t received the amount in my bank account either. I have been talking and complaining to Flipkart customer care executive for the last 15 days still my problem has not been resolved. Kindly look into the matter and do it asap. Didn’t expect this behaviour and service from a company like Flipkart. My experience for last 15 days from Flipkart has been like a hell.
