I had placed an order with the petcare , paid the amt of rs 1700, he sent me some shipping link and the product was never shipped then he cancels the order, when I ask for refund he is threatening me that it will take forever to get refund if j post anything on social media, he has no contact details , he is available on whatsapp at his convenience, he won’t even reply or address the queries, when u ask on insta of fb he will delete your post and block you , after checking so many complaints against him, I actually don’t know if he has an intention to refund , he told me 5 working days then 7 working days but has not raised any returnback request on razorpay, he is a big fraud
