Text of Complaint by Jidnyasa Shirwale:

I had placed an order from Dunzo on 24 May 2022 and canceled it on the same day because due to some circumstances. The company initiated the refund on the same day and had mentioned that the refund will be paid in 5 to 7 days and tracking details /status of the refund would be shared. However it has been more than the said days yet there is no response from the company. I tried contacting the customer support but no remedy has been provided. Please act further.
