I ordered pizza on 24 may 22 , then i cancelled the payment i already made the payment through online but not get the refund yet

Hii dear team… I am facing a big issue of your service , i ordered a pizza today 2 time. First time ordered pizza online to your outlet which is in pratap vihar and after 45 minutes i called him why you did not confirmed still now than he had told me we have facing a technical error that’s what I cancelling your order, than i ordered again a second outlet which is in vasundhra. That is only 3.5 km far away from my home. I called him and say, are u accepting my order or not that someone was told me very arrogantly behaviour, no. And than i asked him why than he told my as my wish. So may know that is your behaviour to talk the Customer. Very pathetic. Please give me a justification now
