I have booked the tickets to amritsar to Delhi from the website travolook.in on 19th of feb.
After payment they immediately cancel the flight and give assurity of refund with in 7-10 working days
But today is 17th of may but till now i have no received my refund.
I haved call almost 50 times in customer care and put more than 15 email but every time they give me different time or day
Please help me to get my refund
So is the case with me. I booked ticket, within minutes it is cancelled, now they are not interested in refund. Please advise me how and where to lodge complaint.
