Text of Complaint by Mohammed azhar khan:

I have booked flight ticket on 16 may 2021. Ticket got canceled from travalook due to operational issue and Travolook promised that they will refund amount in 15 days unfortunately I haven’t got refund even after marking mails and requesting from call center but till today I haven’t received refund,Is this way to give service to clients and handle the customer. I am going to approach consumer court if amount not receive in next 7 day’s.
