I ordered a top from this brand named BOOTA FRILL TOP on 8th of April at 10:05 pm and I cancelled it on the same night that is at 12:27 am, 09th April , and today it’s 22nd of April and I haven’t received my refund amount. I have requested calls from them many times and I got the call around 3 or 4 times and everytime they have to say ma’am please wait for 4-5 days we have created a complaint and you’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours and you’ll be informed when you’ll get your refund. Neither I received any e-mail from them nor did I receive any amount of refund. I tried contacting them today also that is 22nd of April i received a call from them too but when I started to speak the consumer executive went silent and I wasn’t received any response. I had to disconnect the call after trying to ask for reply.
