Text of Complaint by Swati Chopra:

I had ordered some items from Meesho, however they had delivered the wrong product and i had placed a return and refund request against it.
The product has been picked up on 12th jan’22 however there is no refund credited in my account yet.
I had made several complaints to customer care but they are of no help.
I had emailed them almost 50mails since 13th jan but they are reverting me with their monologue replies with no resolution at all.
