Flight ticket was booked on 16- December 2021 from Delhi to Bangalore. It’s the same story. They called and said either to cancel it or upgrade it to which i opted for cancellation. They called and said that the refund will be done in a week but till now the refund has not been made. Everytime they say to wait for 5 days to one week. It’s high time now.
No senior executive is ever available.
