I placed an order for UCOOK cooker from jiomart app on 5th December 2021.i received the product on 10 December. Since the specifications didn’t match, i initiated a purchase return request on 10 December. My refund amount was not credited to my account from jiomart. I raised many complaints to jiomart customer care. But no refund was credited to my bank account.
