I have ordered a product from ajio on 13th Nov but I have returned the product on 16th Nov. ajio says that they have refund the money to my bank but when I told them that I have not received the amount to my account every time they raised a ticket and without providing any solution they close the ticket. I have already shared my bank statement on 8th December but more than one and half months passed away but no refund received yet.
