It’s been almost 3 months now that I had booked air tickets on travel look. My tickets were cancelled immediately from their side. Since then I have not received any refund for Rs 5628. I have called them atleast 15 times and emailed several times. Now they’ve stopped receiving my calls as well. I need some action against this.
