On the morning of 23-Nov-2021, I did recharge for 598 rupees mistakenly as it is mentioned that the validity will be extended after the current plan but the plan started from today itself. I called customer care, airtel payments bank, and customer care again. They said this option is not available as part of the employee and while asked to escalate the call, they said they could not escalate it. At last, after talking for 1 hour with customer care, they said I can go anywhere but the option will not be available.
