I haven’t received refund from travolook company. It’s been more than 35 days and they are fooling me everytime I call them. My PNR is IJG6XP and destination is from Patna to Mumbai and passenger’s name is Mr. Satyam Kumar. I even sent them many mails but they didn’t replied.Everytime they are saying that they haven’t received the amount from airlines even though I have the proof that refund has been initiated by the airlines.
