Took a 10yr domestic/international plan from CHIS in 2019. Since starting faced issues with booking and wanted to cancel my membership but they refuse to cancel and just converted it into 5 yr domestic plan.

After that also several times faced issue with reservation as reservation team provide pathetic customer service.Since March 2021 ,they are continuously refusing reservation on the listed properties on their app and website and provide vague/ stupid reasons.

Sales team makes false promises. Reservation team really bad and management don’t bother to listen to customer grievances

I want them to cancel my membership and provide refund.

I have almost given them Rs. 1, 00, 000 /- (including 2 AMC’s) for 5 yr domestic membership. Already 3 years are completed and I have not even received service worth Rs. 10, 000. Every time I ask for booking, they just refuse by giving vague reasons. Last time when I opened complaint, GM Customer relationship Mr Rahul Arora assured that these issues will not happen in future, but again it started and now even he is not picking up call or reverting on WhatsApp.

I would like to take legal action against CHIS for harassment/cheating and demand full refund.

Please let me know if any other CHIS customer is facing similar harassment from them. I would like to take legal action against them.

    iam also CHIS customer,took membership in feb 2018, availed no single package yet, no executive bothers to contact you once you paid the amount. one of the biggest blunder of my life. NEVER suggest anyone to buy it. what can we do now?

      1. I am really facing same thing and I am ready to take legal action as same fraud had happened with us also and it is so disgusting and due to these people we are not able to build our trust on anybody and i think we all united should take action against them

  2. Hello all, I am also victim of this fraudster / conman Company namely CHIS, by crediting whopping an amount Of Rs 1,75,000 /- on dated 24.10.2021and, with approx alike story as you are sharing here, on this platform.

    However, already decided to have legal course against these bastards, & so, hired an advocate too, for sending them legal notice as first step / formal part / start / system or proper way of the legal procedures & within couple of days they (CHIS) are going to recieve it (notice), & leading it to legal suit against them in consumer court, in case, they (CHIS) want it to farther.
    So, request you all concerned people, do not wait for there pitty as it never going to be happened just get into the action.

    I also got fooled by them…it’s been three years but didn’t recieve services worth RS10000 however I paid AMCs also apart from a whopping amount of 150000…how can I take a legal action,pls suggest

  5. Same here we took 3 memberships of 1.2L each. And these notorious people will endure to spoil your mood before any good time, when you plan to go out. This year we are bout going out on new year, thanks to chis. Then we had a plan to go abroad for 2 weeks in January, again chis denied. again thanks to them.
    I’m going to stay at home and watch Netflix and keep increasing awareness thru online platforms & one to one spread of words, so that they can’t trap more innocent citizen of India.

    1. Perfect, and the best they waste our booking days saying AMC due better to proceed with it, and then they get the authority to say NO and be happy spoiling the plan.

  6. CHIS is the worst deal ever done, requesting you to kindly suggest how I can move ahead to file a fraud case or plead for a refund. In case even if anyone has some legal options please suggest them, I took membership in 2020 and till now, I haven’t received an opportunity to avail their services. The very obvious response I get is either properties are not available or unable to arrange the resort for the planned date. Requesting to please help.     iam also CHIS customer,took membership in JULY 2019, availed no single package yet, NEVER suggest anyone to buy it. what can we do now?

    1. Even I took 3 memberships in 2019.
      They offered 10 weeks free along with all my three memberships.
      For last one year they have not given us property, they always have an excuse that their properties are fully sold.
      And when now I consistently followed they said they can’t give me holiday because my amc of 28000/ is due on all three membership. To my surprise even the amc which I paid after one year, they have adjusted against the first year when I took the booking.
      I have no thoughts to pay them 28000×3 for 6 holidaysx3 . Anyway the rooms that they offer is not worth 2000 per night.
      Im done with them.
      I’m in if we can jointly file a consumer case against them jointly.

    I also purchased a 30yr domestic/international plan from CHIS in 2022. Since starting faced issues with booking and wanted to cancel my membership but they refuse to cancel and do not respond to emails for any booking requests. I want them to cancel my membership and provide a refund.

    Can we take legal action against CHIS for harassment/cheating and demand a full refund?

    The same here from day 1 & now after 3 years, when I request a booking, they are asking for a 3 year AMC.

    This is really disguising how so much fraud can be perpetrated at such a large scale in INDIA.
