I ordered some kurties under COD in July and the total amount to be paid was 1032 rs but when I received order the invoice amount was more than 1032rs it was 3544 rs.
After paying 3544 ,I reported to customer care , continuously they are saying that they will refund but it’s almost 3 months still I am waiting for refund.
I almost raised 20 compliant ,talked to supervisor,sent around 10 mail,called 30 times but still issued not resolved.
Plz look into this and help me to resolve the same.
