Dear consumer court, please help me to get my refund

Order total – Rs 10,499.00
Payment – debit card
Since, i have returned this item its more than 1 month as well as i have contacted the customer service 4 times but still i haven’t receive my refund amount.
i am now completely frustrated from amazon india services. you are my only hope.
please help me get my hard earned money.
