i have ordered a phone of vivo x70 pro . but later on i don’t want to buy that phone as i don’t like it so i have requested for cancel the order and they cancelled my order but i did not got refund from 4 months i have said them many time but they are ignoring the messages

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I requested a refund from PAYTM against my booking id 4177319071 on 24th October 2018. Today is 24th January 2019, still I haven’t received any refund neither a date by when I will receive the refund.
