I have ordered (FL0273377770) some dresses from ajio.com worth Rs. 1524. They cancelled one dress from their end worth Rs. 449.70 and told me that they will refund it in another 3-5 days. But that was not done. I contacted them through the mail regarding this. They said the the refund is initiated. I was waiting for many days. I have checked with bank also, but the amount is not reflected in my account. Again I contacted ajio customer care through mail continuously. But no response from them. The phone number given in their website in never reached. I called many, many times and got tired. Till now I have not received the refund amount.
