I placed an order on 20th June, 2021 which was cancelled by Zomato (Order ID 2468338382). The order was worth INR 659.40 and I was assured that the refund will be received in 3-4 days. Since then, I have followed up several times but I only get scripted responses from their customer care team and they don’t provide a clear status for my refund. In fact, each time I’ve been asked to check with my bank whereas the bank says that they haven’t received any credit from Zomato. I’ve been going around in circles. They refuse to provide accurate information and from the last 15 days, they have been asking me to wait.
