I want to tell about the meesho app. It is a reselling app. It is fraud Co.
I had ordered one lehnga from their app. They deliverd one parcel to my location within 2 days. It was a wrong product. in their app ahows that my lehnga is still not delivered to me. Next day, i call the customer care service, after 4 to 5 calls they register my complaint and tell your will resolved within 4 to 5 working days. In between these days my parcel against order is received and it was a old Kurta instead of lehnga. Then i raised a return ticket in the app. Next day, their courier partner boy picked that parcel from us. But for that they started denied you parcel was not picked yet. They didnt show any co-operation with us. Then i talked to the ir courier partner. After 10 to 15 days this issue is resolved. On 10th of may they(meesho) mailed me that your both refund will be processed. After 2-3 days it will reflect in your account. After one week, i had checked my account balance. Only one payment is received. One payment is still pending.
Then again i called their customer care service and tell the whole issue. They told me to share your bank statement from 10th may to till now. I had shared the statement. Then next day when i call then they need pdf file of bank statement. I sent my bank statement in pdf file on next day. After 7 days they mailed to send your bank statement from 30th of apr to till now. Next day, i do the same. After 2 days i called the customer service they told me that your file is not opening. Send us again. I sent it again. Then i called them they told me we will reply you within 4-5 working days. But i didn’t receive any response from their side.
Their customer service members does not respond us properly. If they don’t have answer they disconnected the call. Poor service. Not properly respond. It is worst company ever?????
