Booked a flight ticket from Mumbai-Nagpur reference no. REF625402110 but received an under process email from Travolook. Amount of 4227 was deducted instantly from my account but after 15minutes received an email that my ticket was cancelled due to fare expiration. Called their customer care for which I was on hold for more than an hour trying to connect to an executive. After a long wait some Ayushi spoke to me assuring that money will be credited to my account within 10-15 days. This website is a scam and Cyber cell must action against them to save the hard earned money of the common man trying to commute in desperate situations.
