It has been more than a month since the refund has not received my bank account. Whenever I speak to customer service, they either hang up on me or tell me to wait. This is preposterous and annoying. I am have recently become a mother and I can’t stress on such minor issues. This is mentally torturing me. I spoke to Sneha in leadership team, she assured me I will receive refund confirmation email within 72 hours but it’s been way more than that. I need this issue resolved ASAp please help
