Dear Sir/Madam,
I have two complaints to raise as per the subject.
1. Order ID: OD327297986950364100 – Miss & Chief Foldable & Height Adjustable
Handle Scooter | 5 to 10 Years | 50 KG CAPACITY (Blue)
I placed my order on February 11th, with a delivery date of February 18th,
but due to the material not being picked up until February 17th, and for
the delivery extension, I had to cancel the order.
This is item is for birthday gift for my son’s 5th birthday.
Till date, I have not received the refund amount in my account.
Due to the above cancellation I ordered the below
2. Order ID: OD327346676595757100 – Little Olive Tikes 4 Level Height
Adjustable Scooter for Kids with LED Lights (Blue)
I received the item on 18th Feb’23 and found that the material is not as
expected, the LED lite has also issue and the handle not appropriate for
turning the scooter. These reasons I requested to book the return and also
the material picked up by Delhivery person and pickup receipt also given.
But after that the return cancel two times and till date not received the
refund.
The second itam I never ordered if Flipkart deliver/pickup the my first
order item on 11th. And now I have to follow-up for refund.
You are requested to take the above issues in priority and refund both the
amount for the same.
Pls. find enclosed pickup receipt, SMS confirmation of 2nd item for your reference and record.
