This issue is regarding the product that I had ordered on 5th June,22 ( Order ID – OD225129176212821000 ).
As this product was getting delayed I cancelled it as per your request to cancel and reorder the same product and for which I would receive Rs 100 gift card.
I cancelled this product and reordered it again on 16th June,22 for cash on delivery. The first order I had already paid via phonepay.
Later I got the product ( Order ID – OD225220729291284000 ) and paid by cash. I was waiting for my refund that I made for my first order but I didn’t get. I saw that the first order ( Order ID – OD225129176212821000 ) was later marked as delivered and refund cancelled.
I contacted Flipkart’s customer executive and she said that they have made the refund from their end and I would get it in next 8-10 days. Again after these days for not getting refund, I contacted customer executive and he said that the last person had not raised any complaint from her end and that he would raise it from his end ( Complain No. IN22070719490005943513 ).
The senior executive then called the delivery guy and said that he didn’t deliver the product for which he got tensed as he had already delivered the product which I ordered the second time and I confirmed the same.
I even got Rs 100 in my wallet for cancelling the first order then how come later it is showing as delivered and refund cancelled.
The executives are not able to understand the query and ask me to repeat the same question again n again.
I would humbly request to go through the entire scenario and resolve this issue urgently.
It is simple that I cancelled and reordered it and got the second reordered product ( Order ID – OD225220729291284000 ) not the first one ( Order ID – OD225129176212821000 ) . Kindly get my money back.
