I paid rupees 1,17,119 towards my mother in law’s trip from India to USA and because of covid -19 her return trip got cancelled.
Make my trip has not contacted us about rebooking the flight or refund as the retrun flight got cancelled. Instead the airline provided a voucher which cannot be used outside USA. Since Air-India was the only option to return back to India in Dec 2020 we could not use the voucher and this can only be used by passenger.
Need to ask the company to provide the refund for the unused trip which would sum up to 60,000 INR.
