Respected Madam/Sir,
I have booked an vistara airline ticket on PAYTM on 08.04.2020 for travel date on 17.04.2018 of amount of Rs. 7321.00 which was later cancelled considering locked down situation.
My Booking Id is 10708078921. I have applied for refund on 18.04.2020 on which paytm was initial reluctant to pay whole amount later i confirmed from vistara about my refund on which i got reply from vistara airlines that as per government guidelines, I am eligible for full amount.
I have communicated the same to Paytm since then paytm is not replying to my mails neither they are replying on help portal. Paytm is not refunding my refund amount.
when contacted through call on their helpline number which is 01204880880, they every time say the same thing that my issue has been escalated to their senior department but i haven’t got any communication regarding my refund from paytm.
I request you to take serious action against them and provide proper resolution along with the compensation amount for blocking my money during this pandemic situation.
