Unfortunately i ordered a Jean directly from the company website and below is the email being sent to customer care and Owner Mr. Dhingra for a small amount pending for Refund but no one is bothered to reply or talk about refund of my HARD EARNED MONEY .
Item is returned in good condition being approved by Numero Uno for refund in their website but no Refund in my source account.???????

This is one of your customer who apparently ordered from your Numero Uno website considering that since it’s a company owned website to shop it will be the best to shop. On it.
Unfortunately to my experience it has proven to be the most horrible experience ever.
Firstly would like to point out that there is no customer care/ support no contact numbers or.emails.ids mentioned response to thier valuable customers.
Reason to reach out and write to you on a personal note is the same i have been facing issues for the last over 2 weeks in one product being returned and return approval already reflecting on your website but no credit is received toy source account.
I assume reaching you here atleast you as a responsible person will get this refund issue resolved and credited on an urgent note. Though it’s a small amount it still it’s hard earned as you can understand. Please help to support urgent.
