I have booked 2 flights through make my trip but due to covid-19 both the flights did not operate. I have asked them for refund but refund not provided. I am trying to connect via mail but getting same reply every time ” contact telecom operator” but while trying to connect telecom operator the call is not getting connected. There is so much mental torture in this testing time and their response is even more dissatisfying . Kindly help.
