Hi,
I have tried to cancel my airline ticket from Sharjah to Kochi dated 31st March,2020 . Because of the lock down implemented in India, the cancellation was not successful and I received an email (attached). The details are as below:
Booking ID FF2003075814396
Booking placed on Mar 07, 2020
Amount paid is INR 8620/-
I have tried to contact their customer care several time and have written several email to travelhelp@flipkart.com but have not received any response regarding the refund amount .
Now this is getting frustrating, It seems like they are doing this deliberately which need to be reported to consumer court.
Please help me out to recover my money back.
