Text of Complaint by Gaurav Kumar:

I hv order a product of sandle and return on 30 July 2022. Next day pickup person collected the product and later on he cancelled my return . I called to amazon and raise the complaint . I hv followed with Amazon from last 20 days. Finally i got the email from Amazon that you hv not return the product and refund can’t initiate.. it’s fraud done by Amazon delivery person. Complaint number- V657773385 registered with Amazon. Amazon invoice attached as proof of purchase..pls help to resolve the matter.
