I have placed an order on 21 June through Jiomart and paid 353 Rs. And same was charged to Simpl but the transaction was failed and the order was not placed.
Then i contacted Jiomart and they siad refund will be processed in 5 – 7 days. Today is 28 June and the amount has not ben credited back to my Simpl account.
I contacted Simpl also and they told me that they have contacted jiomart and it has denied that any refund is pending from their end. Thus the amount is being charged from me.
