We had booked tickets from chennai and the tickets were automatically cancelled from travol look side itself the total amount was 9900Rs and the ticket was booked on 24Jan 2022 but still I dintt get refund when ever I call customer care they 10-15 days then 10-15 working days now saying there is a issue with merchant side u will get the refund in a week after a week if u call again they ask for a week of time.Dont use this site for booking
