I had returned a Cash on Delivery product bought from Ajio.in and had requested to refund the money back to my a/c by providing the bank details… although it did not happen and they processed the money back to Ajio Wallet…I am not able to redirect it to my a/c as the registered mobile and e-mail address is not operational any more ..and Ajio is refunding that amount to my account…it’s been more that 6months of follow up
