I had ordered Oxygen Concentrator (https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B094C46FWB/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) from this seller
One month has passed and I have not received the product nor the refund despite raising complaints with Amazon 7-8 times over call, they say they are contacting the seller but he’s not responding. What is the use of Amazon if fraudsters are getting away on the platform with their hard earned money. The amount is over 1 Lakh and its a life saving equipment. The level of incompetence from Amazon is surreal and needs to be noticed by everyone how unsafe the platform is for buyers with no guaranty from them.
