Hi i have purchased an office chair with order id OD125240939716316000 on 18th june , 2022 .
And i have received a fake product, which is completely rusted and defective, so on the very same day i have raised for return now they are not refunding my amount and trying to replace the product, when i tried reaching customer care executive they have said,” u can raise escalation wherever you want but we will not refund the amount we will only replace it”.
I have completely lost trust in Flipkart and not willing to purchase anything further.
I have all the recordings of customer care and trying to file a case for the same ,kindly resolve my issue
