Text of Complaint by Ashish Maheshwari:

Hi,

I am booked a bus journey through PayTM for travel 24/Sep, Bus Operator informed that they have cancelled the bus and also informed that they are have processed full refund to the originator through which bus is booked. I had booked bus through PayTM. But despite multiple request, PayTM is not responding and no refund processed yet.

There helpline number, no operator working. Everything going through IVR and asking to raise issue through website/app.
