Hi,
I am complaining as i have not received any refund after multiple followups with Paytm in a span of 30 days.
Refund has been processed by airline and it confirmed over email. But the same is not credited back to my account by PayTm as ticket was booked through Paytm. Screenshot of cancellation email and refund email is attached.
