My wife has won a contest on Twitter through paytm travel and won RS. 10,000 promode for travel booking.
Using the promocode we have booked the flight ticket. Now Jet Airways has cancelled the flight and Paytm is also not giving me cash back or promocode for another booking.
Technically, now I don’t have the ticket, no promocode or cash back to book another ticket and Paytm is also not supporting.
Pls look into this and help me in resolving the issue.
