I have placed an order for a t-shirt and since it did not fit me i placed a replacement order and it got cancelled and refund to me was never processed. I spoke to CS four times and also to a person from escalation desk named Kamran Khureshi. They have been committing 7 working days more than 2 times and it has not been done. Need to follow up on this every time. The CS team sits there and throws attitude on customers and disconnect calls jn between and bluff moreover. Please listen to all my call recordings
