Sir/Mam,
I ordered a Portable Bluetooth Speaker through VLEBAZAAR (https://vlebazaar.in/), at a discounted price of Rs. 6899/- on 26th October, 2023.
After almost two months, I cancelled my order on 22nd December, 2023 when I found they were not dispatching my order.
In the meanwhile, I filed a complain in NCH (National Consumer Forum), Grievance No. – 5173322. The NCH could not solve my issue & advised me to go through EDakhil.
I was regularly contacting with customer care executive(VLE BAZAAR), and they were continuously giving me false assurance that my refund would be initiated by the next day. But, the day never came.
I contacted their ( VLE BAZAAR) grievance cell by generating ticket, after long conversation, now they are not replying any more. They deleted many conversations in the name of lame excuse “multiple tickets generated for single customer”.
Today, I have come to know that VLEBAZAAR is one of scammers company who previously cheated many customers (Case of Surendar Singh, Ludhiana in 2022 is a example of my case).
I think this should be stopped as many customers do not have such ability (financial & educational) to fight in consumer court against this type of company. It may possible, many customers forget their money with bitter experience of online shopping.
